When it comes to balloons, most people think of the Classic Helium numbers. They can, of course, come as a number on a ribbon but I like to add a unique flair you wont find in the supermarket! These 34 inch numbers come with a 5 inch latex balloon base and double stuffed, latex water weight for stability.

Add to your display with a latex helium bouquet. They can come with their own 5 inch latex base with double stuffed latex water weight or they can be tied in on the same base as the main display.
These latex balloons will have Hi-Float added to them which is like a glue to coat the inside. This allows them to float for around 8 hours.
